Sortlist, dubbed "the agency of agencies", is the quintessential Belgian success story! In 2014, Charles De Groote, Michael Valette, Nicolas Finet, and Thibaut Vanderhofstadt, four freshly graduated friends, took on a challenge: to create a platform that connects businesses with service providers in marketing, advertising, and web development. Quickly, propelled by several impressive funding rounds Sortlist became the reference thanks to its unique database (80,000 providers worldwide).
- Among its clients, notable mentions include Amazon, Nike, Red Bull, Sony, as well as numerous SMEs.
- Today, the company has around one hundred employees and clients in over 100 countries (90% of revenue is actually generated abroad)!
We have managed various public relations campaigns for the company:
- An image campaign, which allowed us to work on the brand's image and story. This work earned us 23 results in 17 different media outlets, including L'Echo, La Libre, Forbes, Canal Z, LN24, Sudinfo, L'Avenir, La DH, BXFM, etc.
- We launched a second press release regarding Nicolas Debray and Jean-Marc Legrand joining the board, two iconic figures of Belgian entrepreneurship, which resulted in some nice features in Digimedia, CCI Mag, and PUB.
- In May 2024, the agency expanded its services to IT. We shared the news in Trends-Tendances, L'Echo, PUB, and La Libre Eco.
- A few months later, in October 2024, the startup launched a virtual budgeting assistant, information that was shared in Trends-Tendances, La Libre, and CCI Mag.
- In 2025, Sortlist announced the appointment of a new CEO, Nicolas Finet, one of the company's co-founders. The news thus made the rounds in Belgian economic media.
- Later in the year, Sortlist acquired Overloop AI, a Belgian company specialising in AI-powered sales prospecting. Once again, the media picked up the information.
